ALMOST TEE TIME! |

We can’t wait to welcome National Junior Hereford Association (NJHA) members, families and all exhibitors to The Hereford Masters in Madison this 4th of July weekend. The course is set, the rules are in place and we're ready to kick off a Hereford tradition unlike any other.
As we celebrate America's birthday, we're also celebrating what makes the VitaFerm Junior National Hereford Expo (JNHE) so special. From the first drive to the final putt, this week is sure to be filled with championship moments, patriotic pride and memories that will last a lifetime.

ARRIVAL AND MOVE IN SCHEDULE |
|
SATURDAY | July 4
9 a.m. - Gates open for tack trailers to arrive and set up | New Holland Pavilions
6 p.m. - Cattle may begin to arrive into tie-outs | Quann Park
SUNDAY | July 5
9 a.m. - Tattoo checks begin in each barn
9 a.m. - All cattle must be in the barns
9:30 a.m. - Noon - Cattle Paper Check- In and Goody Bag Pick-Up | New Holland Pavilion 1 Prefunction
*Take note on the stalling map which barn door is closest to your stalls to
ensure efficiency when moving in. |

JNHE RULES OF THE COURSE |
|
To help ensure a championship-caliber event, we ask all participants to observe the rules of the course and follow the direction of show management throughout the week. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping make The Hereford Masters in Madison a memorable experience for everyone.
GOLF CARTS | Golf cart parking will be located along the wall between Pavilion 1 and Pavilion 2. All golf carts must have a parking pass from the JNHE.
DO NOT FORGET AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATE OF VETERINARY INSPECTION TO BE PROVIDED AT ARRIVAL. |

TIE OUT INFORMATION |
|
States have been preassigned stalling areas in tie outs. It is up to the state advisor where the individual cattle will be stalled within the individual states.
Please use the Tie Out Map as your guide to prepare for tie outs in Madison. Each animal has been allotted 4' per animal entered.
Staff has figured a drop in states with 20 head or more entered. Please refer to the tie out breakdown for the number of head stalled per state in tie outs. |
