HOW CAN THE NJHA BOARD ASSIST YOUR MEMBERS

The NJHA is asking for input from the state advisors and leaders about where you could best benefit from the NJHA directors as well as the national association as a whole. Responses to this survey will assist the NJHA when making decisions about travel, events and how to best assist state associations at the grassroots level.

BOLD LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

ANNOUNCES CLASS OF 2025

Congratulations to these high achieving juniors. The NJHA is proud to announce the 20 individual NJHA members who were selected to participate in the 2025 BOLD leadership conference. This elite leadership opportunity strives to develop leaders who will continue to make an impact at the state, regional and national level, while setting the Hereford breed up for success in the years to come. We’re excited to be bringing this group of 20 juniors, representing 12 different states to the conference, April 3-6, hosted by GKB Cattle in Desdemona, Texas.

STATE LEADERSHIP & EDUCATION GRANT

CONGRATULATIONS

For the second year in a row, the Hereford Youth Foundation of America (HYFA) is proud to award State Leadership & Education Grants to those deserving state junior associations who are working to better their leadership efforts at the grassroots level. Funds made available to the states last year were predominately used for leadership conference travel expenses, educational programs and much more. This year, 11 different states each received a grant totaling $1,300 to be used to elevate their current leadership programs. Money for this fund is generated by fundraisers like the 5K held at the Junior National Hereford Expo.

Congratulations to the 11 states who received a $1,300 education and leadership grant.
